I began my creative life as an actress. After a very full and wonderful career I left it all behind to explore the bigger world, spending the last 15 years as an ex-pat in Uganda, Kenya, an island in the Salish Sea, and now Rome. My years in these places has changed me deeply, my work a reflection of the worlds I've held around me. I hold a BA in Literature and use story, the arc of narrative to infuse my work. ​The new oil pieces are an exploration of self in oil and colour. The shapes and colours within us, around us. Holding us. The watercolours extend my exploration of emotion. ​All works shown are for sale unless marked sold.        ​​​
